The Ministry of Justice has announced
the appointment of Judge Brian Doyle (currently regional judge for NW
England) as the new President of Employment Tribunals for England and
Wales with effect from 1st April 2014.
He replaces Judge David Latham, who has retired. The President of Employment Tribunals in Scotland remains Judge Shona Simon. |
